Project Overview
410,000 Sq Ft of School Parking, Restored
Bensalem High School on Hulmeville Road manages one of the largest parking footprints in Bucks County — student, staff, stadium, and senior lots that see constant daily traffic during the school year. Years of weather and heavy use had left the asphalt cracked, faded, and in need of a full protective refresh before the surface began breaking down for good.
Mack Seal handled the entire 410,000-square-foot job from start to finish. We power-cleaned every lot with commercial sweepers and driveable blowers, hot-sealed 25,000 linear feet of cracks to stop water from reaching the base, sealcoated the full 410,000 square feet, and re-striped 15,000 linear feet of stalls, lanes, and stadium parking. The result is a safer, sharper, longer-lasting campus parking system built to handle Bensalem's daily volume.
